I used a light colored base (Paint Pot) on the inner two thirds of my lid with a Sigma E55 brush. It isn’t necessary to get the intensity in person, but for the sake of the pictures, I thought it was necessary. I also applied a dark brown cream eye shadow (Maybelline) to the outer third. With a flat shader brush, I applied the cream shade (2) onto the inner two thirds of my lid. I blended the edges with a clean blending brush.
With a Mac 226, I blended the matte brown shade (3) into my crease. Using the other side of the flat shader brush, I took the bronze shade and placed in my crease, in between the cream colored lid shade and the matte brown. I also put this color into my inner corner and my lower lash line. I kept the color closer to the tip of the brush for better control.
Using a smudger brush, I took the darkest shade and blended it into my outer corner and up toward my crease. I then ran the brush onto my lower lash line. I took a skin tone shade and blended it from my crease up to my brow bone. I decided to use a more matte brow highlight, but I did place the lightest shade in the palette on my tear duct.
I used a dark brown gel liner with an angled brush (Mac 263). I also placed a bit of the liner on to my lower lash line, but just to the outer two thirds.
