Are You My Mummy?

My favorite eye shadow company has come out with more shadows…Fyrinnae.  The newest shades are Halloween inspired, but are not limited edition.  I didn’t get all of them, but I will post the shades I purchased on to The Swatch Bin soon.  This look features one of them.

Fyrinnae describes this Arcane shade as a vibrant, gleaming emerald green.  When brought closer to light or at an angle this shade takes on an aqua, then a striking deep pink color.  In person, the color was the bright green, but in my pictures, it looks bluer.

I applied Urban Decay’s Primer Potion with my finger and used a Sigma 239 brush to put on Soft Ochre.  I blended Wedge into my crease using a Mac 217.  I then took a tiny amount of Pixy Epoxy and smoothed it onto my lid up to my crease.  I applied Are You My Mummy? on to my lid using a Mac 239 brush.  I pushed the color onto the bristles from the container’s lid.

Using the other side of the same brush, I took Steampunk and patted it on to the outer third of my lid.  Fyrinnae has revamped Steampunk and is now an Arcane that is a gold on a black base with a pink hue that changes to an olive green.  I put a cream colored shade in the inner corner with a small shader brush.

I used a Mac 263 brush and a matte black gel liner on my upper lash line and also tightlined using this brush.  Using a Louise Young eyeliner brush, I put a peacocky blue fluidline onto my lower lashline.  I darkened the outer edge of the fluidline with Steampunk and brightened the inner edge with Nijiro.
